Hi from Nana,
It makes me so happy to finally get to come see your family. We drove thru rain and hail and even snow and then more rain to get here to Seattle. All was dark and it was late. Lillyanne and Andrew were sound asleep but your Mom and Dad and Uncle Loren were all still up. I gave them hugs. I can hardly wait to meet you. I reached out to touch your Mommy's tummy and said "Hi Baby!" She smiled. Yes, It makes me so happy that you are coming...but almost sad that I have to wait to get my first glimpse of you and know your name. Your Mom took us around your home...it will be a wonderful place for you to come to. The yard is huge. Plenty of room to run.
The next morning we could see a bit more. Of course we knew it was yellow. We've seen pictures of the outside and glimpses of the inside. I love it all, especially the beautiful dark wood floors. We can slide on them so easily...the rooms are so spacious ...and of course there is more work to do on many things... but they've done so much. Your Mom put up new curtains in the Living Room. They look so nice. I have to say, though, the best part is seeing your family. Lillyanne and Andrew are so adorable. They are so grown up. Lillyanne's hair is so much longer and she has the cutest eyes and smile. It just melts the heart. She knows I am Nana. Andrew is 3 and talks so grown up. He explains many things to me. We got to run around the living room together and he showed us all his wonderful toys, including his train set. I have an old one like it at home that he plays with. I'm sure he will share with you.
Your Mom isn't very big at all yet...but we can tell you are coming. We are thrilled. See you soon, sweet little one.
Love from Nana
